Make Media File URL Hyperlink in Admin Columns of CCT

 When a media file widget is added to Jetform builder or via CCT to accept files from users, there are only two available options for displaying it in the admin columns. One is showing file ID and the other is showing its URL. The problem with URLs is that they cant be clicked on, so we have to copy and paste them into new windows or open them in a new window to download the file.
